A guild member of SAG-AFTRA, ANT has extensive experience in the film, television and behavioral health care fields with 27 years working in above and below the line positions in the entertainment industry. Also in his career ANT has extensive experience in the behavioral healthcare industry (over 10 years), starting out as a front line service provider before moving into program management and eventually compliance with an emphasis on Infection Contol. In his current role as Co-Chief Executive (CCE) at Continued Compliance, LLC, ANT overseas a portfolio of accounts ensuring regulatory compliance, licensing, accreditation, risk mitigation strategies, infection control, quality improvement plans and works closely with clients to achieve key performance measures. With his strong focus on evaluating policy and procedures, infection control protocols and clinical care, he can ensure the best possible client outcomes. CADC-II
From early on, Megan realized she had a real passion for helping others. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Philosophy and Criminal Justice before going on to receive her Master’s in Psychology. For the past ten years, Megan has worked nearly every position available in the substance abuse treatment world. She found her true calling, however, in the compliance sector where she assists facilities in becoming the best they can be as Co-Chief Executive at Continued Compliance, LLC. Megan has helped dozens of locations, from those with systems already in place to others she has guided to compliance from scratch reach their full potential. She finds deep satisfaction and fulfillment in bringing facilities to code to provide the best care possible for their clients and staff.
Jenna Hiles has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and the visual arts. Initially working with major museums and technology companies, she found her calling in recovery in 2014. Through creating a treatment center’s alumni program, and running its digital and print marketing campaigns, her passions for recovery and marketing merged. She is now dedicated to helping recovery-focused businesses increase their brand reach and reputation through licensure and accreditation. Jenna earned a marketing certificate at UCLA Extension and holds an MA in Art History from Southern Methodist University.
