Which license you need

Substance use disorder and mental health programs are licensed under different categories in different states. We sort out which license fits your services, level of care and location before anything is filed, so you apply once and apply correctly.

We prepare your application

Forms, narratives, program descriptions and supporting documents are prepared by our team and handed to you for review and signature. You stay in control of what is submitted while we handle the assembly, the formatting and the follow up questions.

We write your policies

Most licensing packets call for policies and procedures. We draft them to fit your program and your state's requirements, and you approve each one before it goes in. The result is a set your staff can follow, not a binder that sits on a shelf.

Inspection preparation

We walk your facility, audit your charts and records, and coach your staff before the state arrives. You receive a full audit report with photographs, so you know exactly what needs to be corrected and how to correct it.

Support through the review

Depending on notification periods, we are onsite or virtual every step of the way. When the agency comes back with questions or deficiencies, we write the responses with you and track each one to closure.

License renewals

We watch your renewal dates and requirements for you so a license does not lapse. We tell you what is due ahead of each deadline and help you prepare the renewal so that it goes in complete and on time.

Suspended or revoked license*

We investigate the state's claims, issue an impartial investigation report and work through the corrective plan with you. The goal is to get your program operational again as quickly as the process allows.

Ketamine clinics and services*

We license stand-alone ketamine clinics. Where your state permits it, we also add ketamine services to an existing license or certification, so a program that is already licensed does not have to start over.
